Our Founding Story
Moore Strategic Advisory’s founding story is a story about TRUST.
It’s about restoring the loss of trust in business and the workplace to create systemic change that will benefit everyone.
In 2019 MSA’s Founder, Meredith Moore, left Tech because she was only 36 years old and she was constantly battling burnout. She was exhausted. She lacked purpose and meaning. She turned to fitness and wellness to help herself through helping others.
Meredith spent 5 years helping Tech workers battle the same demons she had faced. Her greatest barrier working in fitness and nutrition was understanding human behavior driven by emotional psychology. How her clients chose to show up or not show up was largely dependent on what was going on at home and what was going on at work.
Interestingly, a breakdown of trust at work created the greatest negative impact.
Constant layoffs, management issues, and toxic colleagues increased anxiety over job stability and finances having detrimental effects on clients’ well-being.
Meredith found herself pulled towards providing a solution that worked at the root of these issues: Rebuilding trust at work.
